What do you think is the most exciting part of your job?

One of the most exhilarating aspects of my job is the opportunity to engage in diverse projects throughout my IT career. I have been exposed to a myriad of industries I never imagined I would be a part of. IT has allowed me to gain valuable insights and knowledge across various domains, enabling me to continuously expand my skillset and expertise. It’s truly fascinating to see how technology plays a crucial role in transforming businesses across different sectors and I find immense satisfaction in contributing to these advancements. The constant learning and exploration in this field keep me motivated and I look forward to embracing new challenges that come my way.

What is one thing that you have learned about yourself while working at Authority Partners?

One thing I’ve learned at Authority Partners is how much I value the flexibility to adjust my work hours for changing time zones, allowing me to maintain a balanced and fulfilling life alongside my professional responsibilities.

What is one accomplishment that you are particularly proud of?

Being a Digital Nomad, moving around the world with my laptop and mixing working and travel and doing it well (at least I think so).

What is your favorite benefit of working with Authority Partners ?

My favorite benefit of working with Authority Partners is the incredible flexibility in working hours. Every year, I split my time between Argentina and various other places, almost equally. Throughout my journey, whether I’m in Germany or any other location, I have received unwavering support from my team and managers. This flexibility allows me to maintain a harmonious work-life balance while adapting seamlessly to different time zones. Knowing that I have such understanding and supportive colleagues enhances my job satisfaction and empowers me to deliver my best no matter where I am located.

What was your craziest adventure in the last year?

In the past year, I’ve had the most exhilarating experiences, working and traveling across 10 different countries. Among all the incredible places I visited, the one that stands out as the craziest and proudest adventure was exploring Petra in Jordan. Stepping into this ancient city, I felt like I was transported to another world – it’s truly one of the most awe-inspiring places I’ve ever been. The sense of wonder and amazement I experienced while wandering through its historical marvels is something I will cherish forever. It’s moments like these that remind me of the beauty and diversity our world has to offer, and I feel immensely proud to have ventured into such extraordinary places.

What is one goal that you have set for yourself in your career? 

One significant goal I’ve set for myself in my career is to strive for a fulfilling life rather than merely focusing on having a good job. It’s essential for me to find a harmonious balance between my professional aspirations and personal well-being. I believe that when we strike this equilibrium, we can lead a more meaningful and enriching life, where success in our career complements our overall happiness and satisfaction. This goal motivates me to continuously seek opportunities that align with my values and passions, allowing me to grow both professionally and personally while cherishing the moments that truly matter.
