Authority Partners is proud to announce the call for applications for the upcoming AP Lab session: November 16, 2015 – February 5, 2016
AP Lab interns have the chance to work on exciting, cutting-edge projects using the latest technologies in the industry. If you wish to be a part of this success story, all you need to do is fill out this questionnaire or click on the APPLY button. Only requirements are passion for building cool software, interest in any of the technologies listed below, and coding skills in some programming language.
Minimum project duration is 12 weeks. Minimum time commitment is 20 hours per week.
You are going to experience real-world IT startup environment, competing against deadlines and other teams, and showing your progress every 2 weeks. Successful projects will have a chance to continue to full implementation and launch.
You will have help available from AP Lab mentors and free access to all the technology you need for your project. All you need to bring is your curiosity, positive attitude and new ideas. Having completed any of the Microsoft Virtual Academy training courses for Web and Cloud Development would be a bonus.
After your 12-week internship project ends, you will have learned what it takes to develop, test and deliver an IT product to a customer, and how to work in a team with latest tools and technologies. You will have a chance to continue your learning at AP Lab, or apply for a job with real-world IT experts at Authority Partners!

Enterprise and Cloud IT
• Applications utilizing cloud software architectures and virtualized infrastructures
• Federated, cross-system, security solutions
• Parallel, distributed processing software using MapReduce model
• Scalable SOA using NoSQL
Mobile and Home IT
• Software for mobile devices
• Smart TV applications
• Software for automotive platforms
Social and Internet Scale IT
• Software for social networking platforms
• Software for crowd-sourcing and crowd-funding platforms
• Machine learning and natural language processing systems
