Authority Partners provides continuous in-house learning opportunities designed to support employee growth, technical excellence and organizational capability-building. With numerous training programs delivered across internal teams, maintaining an efficient, reliable and standardized learning process is essential.
Course catalogs, enrollments, attendance and completion data were spread across multiple sources, requiring manual tracking and updates. Reporting lacked real-time visibility and depended on consolidation, while evaluations were inconsistent and not stored in one place. A centralized learning management solution was needed to streamline delivery, automate evaluations and improve reporting without adding premium licensing costs.
Authority Partners built an end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Forms to automate course management, training evaluations and reporting while using existing Microsoft 365 capabilities.
Power Apps Learning Interface
Power Apps provides a unified interface where employees, instructors and administrators can browse courses, manage enrollments, track progress and oversee training activities.
Automated Learning Workflows
Power Automate manages the full training lifecycle, including enrollments, reminders, attendance tracking, completion updates and instructor notifications.
Centralized Data Foundation
SharePoint Online serves as the secure datastore for course catalogs, training sessions, attendance records and employee learning history.
Standardized Knowledge Evaluations
Microsoft Forms quizzes were integrated to automatically deliver course assessments and capture results in SharePoint for consistent knowledge validation.
Built-in Data Validation
Automated validation prevents duplicate enrollments, ensures required course information is completed and aligns training records with authoritative employee directory data.
