One thing I wish I had approached differently is embracing every opportunity that came my way, even those that initially seemed beyond my capabilities at the time.

Looking ahead, my primary aspiration is to expand my knowledge and expertise, equipping myself with the necessary skills to excel in the competitive market. I believe that continuous learning and adaptation are key to staying relevant and achieving success in today’s ever-evolving landscape.

One significant way Authority Partners has aided me in achieving work-life balance is by providing tasks that are clearly defined and divided, allowing for independent execution within flexible working hours, and thus minimizing the necessity for overtime work.

What is your biggest failure and what have you learned from it?

While I wouldn’t label any specific experience as my “biggest failure,” I acknowledge that I’ve encountered setbacks along the way. I’ve tried to approach each of them as opportunities for growth, recognizing that such experiences are part of the journey for everyone. These challenges have taught me resilience and the importance of perseverance, shaping me into a more determined and adaptable individual. Currently, I’m working on improving my communication skills. Effective communication is not only essential in our professional settings but also in personal relationships, and it plays an important role in achieving success. Important one to master, I would say.

• Dejan as a book:With a deep appreciation for various genres, it’s difficult for me to decide on a single book or genre. However, a book series that has captured my recent interest and that I eagerly anticipate revisiting is “Kosingas.”
• Dejan as an animal: Maybe a Hummingbird, because of this video.
• Dejan as a movie: Although I don’t watch a lot of movies these days, I do have a timeless favorite that I can watch repeatedly: The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
