Rider In Balance is an equestrian performance and education company focused on helping riders improve balance, biomechanics and connection with their horses through data-driven instruction and structured learning programs. As their global community grew, they sought to modernize how riders and coaches interact, replacing a collection of disconnected tools with a unified digital platform.
Riders had to navigate different tools to share training videos and access learning materials, which reduced engagement and created unnecessary effort. Coaches faced similar challenges as they reviewed videos and delivered feedback across fragmented channels. These limitations restricted the organization’s ability to scale its rider education programs and deliver a professional digital experience.
